Resolution: 1 – 2 – 3!

This January, the DBD Team is making resolutions to help us be better. Today Jon gives us a short and sweet reminder to stay focused and have greater impact in the new year.  

In the spirit of my overarching goal to simplify in 2018, I have set an intention that I hope will be both impactful and achievable.

At least five times each week I will:

  1. Show sincere appreciation for ONE person in my life
  2. Take TWO minutes to block out the noise and simply focus on my breathing (yes, I got a fitbit for Christmas)
  3. Find THREE reasons each day to be thankful and hopeful.

It’s as easy as 1,2,3! Happy New Year!
